Precept
The Precept is that element of your Council Tax that is paid to the Parish Council.
Every year, the Parish Council draws up budgets and calculates how much money it needs for the next Financial Year. These are usually finalised at the December Full Council meeting and then submitted to Debyshire Dales District Council (DDDC). DDDC co-ordinates the other demands from Derbyshire County Council, the Police and themselves and confirm the rate to be paid from 1st April of that year.
The Precept for the financial year 1st April 2023 - 31st March 2024 is £6275.00
Receipts & Payments
All receipts and payments are approved at each council meeting and can be found in the minutes.
