We have just published our service plans for the funeral day of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II – Monday, 19 September – which is now a bank holiday.

The Town Hall will be closed and only essential services will take place; no bin collections on Monday, but catch-ups will take place during the remainder of the week.

DERBYSHIRE DALES DISTRICT COUNCIL - WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES - UPDATE 8 4 2022

Separate food caddy collections are restarting in the Derbyshire Dales from Monday 11th April. Residents are asked to leave their containers out for collection by 7am on their normal collection day. DERBYSHIRE DALES DISTRICT COUNCIL - WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES - CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2021

Please note there will be no change to usual waste and recycling collection days in the Derbyshire Dales over the Christmas and New Year period.

Serco will work on the festive bank holidays - Monday 27 December, Tuesday 28 December and Monday 3 January.

DDDC are asking residents once again at this time of year to note that no additional household waste (side waste) can be collected.

DERBYSHIRE DALES WASTE COLLECTIONS UPDATE – 1 12 21

Following on from Monday's disruption due to snow over the weekend Serco have confirmed that missed collections from Monday will now take place over the course of this week including Saturday 4th December with crews working overtime, so the message to residents is please leave your bins out.

DIRTY LANE, GREAT HUCKLOW -CLOSED FOR RESURFACING 29TH NOVEMBER TO 10TH DECEMBER 2021

Please find details of the proposed road closure for Dirty Lane, Great Hucklow.
