2021 COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE at GREAT HUCKLOW
There will be a Community Christmas Carol Service at 5.00pm (indoors) on Sunday 12th of December followed by mince pies and mulled wine at 6.00pm in Great Hucklow Unitarian Chapel.
Message from Ed Fordham: -
"We are proud to announce that at 5pm on Sunday 12th December we are going to be hosting a Christmas Carol Service in Great Hucklow Unitarian Chapel.
There will be the sing-a-long, some readings, of course we will have The Night Before Christmas, there will be the Chapel Christmas Tree and decorations, the Chapel lights and of course there will be a drink of mulled wine afterwards to get you home warm...
Everyone is most welcome - this will be seasonal, it will be fun and it will be memorable - go on... pop it in your diary and make sure you come along and bring your neighbours too...
This will be preceded at 4.30pm by the switch on and dedication of the 'planted Christmas Tree' in our garden which we will dedicate to the long standing Chapel member Joyce Furness who sadly passed away not long back - the tree will be decorated by the youngest member of the Furness family."
The Civic Chairman of Derbyshire Dales District Council will be attending and the collection will be for the civic charity, The Air Ambulance Service.
